Pollster Allocco: Biden — Not Trump — Created the “Affordability Crisis”

Polling expert Patrick Allocco made it crystal clear on Monday during an interview with Newsmax: the media’s claim that President Donald Trump somehow created an “affordability crisis” is pure fiction. Shocking, right? The media inventing narratives… who would’ve thought.

Speaking on Rob Finnerty, Allocco explained that selective polling and biased coverage have produced a completely “false narrative” about Trump’s policies and the current economy. According to him, the Trump economy “is on fire right now… he has a great economy right now.” And the numbers aren’t exactly subtle.

Allocco pointed to a strong economic landscape:
– Unemployment at 4.4%
– Jobless claims dropping
– The stock market hitting 40 all-time highs this year
– Wages rising 1.5% faster than inflation

But sure, according to the media, that must somehow be a catastrophe. Makes total sense… if you’re living on another planet.

He also highlighted an estimated $18 trillion in domestic and foreign capital flowing into the United States — capital that is “propelling the economy going forward.” Turns out when the country heads in the right direction, people actually want to invest here. Imagine that.

Allocco acknowledged that the shutdown put Americans in a negative mindset, but insisted that Republicans should lean into the affordability debate and speak directly to independent voters, showing them how they’re already benefiting from the economy’s momentum. He believes the disconnect between the strong data and public sentiment will be resolved sooner rather than later.

And when it comes to the true source of today’s affordability pressures, Allocco didn’t hesitate: they came from the Biden administration.

“It’s certainly in healthcare,” he said, noting that costs have surged because undocumented illegals are heading straight into the system:
“They’re going to the doctors. They’re going to the costliest door, which is the emergency room.”

According to Allocco, this has driven up healthcare costs, pushed housing prices higher due to increased demand in key markets, and strained school districts and property taxes. In simple terms, it has absolutely worsened affordability.

The good news? As Allocco suggests, the truth has a way of breaking through — and Americans are already starting to see it. And that’s something worth ending on a positive note.
