U.S. Completes 7th Consecutive Night of Strikes on Iran as Naval Blockade Continues

U.S. Central Command forces carried out another round of strikes against Iran on Friday, marking the seventh consecutive night of offensive operations against the regime.

CENTCOM stated that the latest attacks hit surveillance sites, military logistics infrastructure, underground weapons storage facilities, and maritime capabilities. The operation involved fighter aircraft, aerial drones, warships, and additional assets.

The strikes come as the United States continues to enforce a renewed naval blockade against Iranian ports and coastal areas in the Strait of Hormuz. CENTCOM emphasized that the actions are being conducted at the direction of the Commander in Chief to hold Iran accountable for its aggression against commercial shipping.

“CENTCOM continues to hold Iran accountable at the Commander in Chief’s direction while fully enforcing a naval blockade against Iranian ports,” the military command said.

More than 50,000 U.S. service members remain deployed across the Middle East in support of these operations and broader regional security missions.

The sustained military pressure follows repeated Iranian attacks on commercial vessels and attempts to disrupt freedom of navigation in one of the world’s most critical energy chokepoints. The Trump administration has made clear it will not tolerate Iranian threats to international shipping or U.S. interests in the region.
