15 Militants Indicted After Allegedly Obstructing ICE Operations in Minnesota

The Department of Justice announced Tuesday that 15 anti-ICE militants tied to an Antifa-linked group in Minnesota have been charged following what authorities describe as coordinated efforts to interfere with federal immigration enforcement operations.

According to Minnesota U.S. Attorney Daniel Rosen, the charges go well beyond simple protest activity. The alleged conduct includes interfering with federal agents, stalking officers, assault, and making threats against law enforcement personnel. Authorities also confirmed that 13 of the 15 individuals charged are already in custody.

The case marks another major federal response to confrontations targeting immigration enforcement at a time when debates over border security and federal authority remain front and center across the country.

Supporters of stricter enforcement have long argued that disagreement with policy does not grant anyone permission to obstruct federal officers or intimidate personnel carrying out their duties—a distinction that sometimes seems to disappear in modern political activism.

Federal prosecutors now move forward with the case as questions remain about the scope of the alleged organization and its activities. For now, officials appear determined to send a clear message: political passion may be loud, but federal law still speaks louder.
