This ballot ask residents to allow the issuing of $82,000,000 in bonds to fund improvements to streets and intersections including construction and reconstruction of major and local streets, bridges, and highways, congestion reduction, street widening, signage, lighting, and landscaping; and authorizing the city to collect an additional property tax to pay for the bonds.
