Border Patrol agents arrested four anti-ICE violent lunatics on Tuesday, hours after they allegedly used improvised tire spikes to attempt to disable federal law enforcement vehicles and obstruct immigration law enforcement operations occurring in Van Nuys, California. One of the men arrested, Ernesto Ayala, is the current vice chairman and former chair of Partido Nacional de la Raza Unida (PNLRU), the political party better known a La Raza.
As shown in photographs from Chief Patrol Agent Gregory K. Bovino, at least one device found its way to the tire of a van being used by Border Patrol agents.
Bovino’s post says that three subjects were arrested; later, a fourth subject was arrested, as shown in this post, which shows the mug shots and identities of all four domestic terrorists.
Agents recovered unused improvised tire spike devices and a small backpack from the subjects.
Oh, what does that say on the bag? Well, it’s an Emergency Bag with a handy checklist on the outside, provided by CHIRLA (Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights-Los Angeles) in partnership with Listos California, which is part of the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Management. CHIRLA is the organization we reported about in June at the outset of the city’s anti-ICE raids; they received more than $34 million in taxpayer funding in 2022-2023 and are tightly linked to Los Angeles’ Democrat establishment. They also head the Los Angeles Rapid Response Network, which has been doxxing Border Patrol and ICE locations and vehicles, putting federal law enforcement officers at risk.
So, what’s the deal with CHIRLA and Listos California? According to an August 2019 press release from Gov. Gavin Newsom announcing the formation of Listos California, the entity’s purpose is to “build resiliency in vulnerable communities at high risk for wildfires and other disasters.” Now, we know that “vulnerable communities” is code for people near the bottom of the socioeconomic ladder, so why would Newsom use wildfires as the example of what disasters these communities are preparing for? Last I checked, “vulnerable communities” weren’t located in areas at high risk for wildfires.
Well, maybe he mentions wildfires because the entire purpose of Listos California seems to be as a vehicle to spread Newsom’s revered “Global Warming” gospel and to serve as a slush fund to dole out millions of taxpayer dollars to the very organizations that also serve as left-wing ballot harvesting machines. In CHIRLA’s case, they’re very willing to spread that climate change propaganda, with a healthy heaping of “environmental racism” talk.
Climate change and environmental racism are putting immigrant communities in danger! Climate disasters are happening more often across California. CHIRLA has joined Listos California, an effort to inform Californians why we must all prepare for climate disasters.
Why am I writing about all of this just based on the bag Ayala and his comrades (including the bearded TransTIFA lady) had these improvised tire spikes in? As one person on the cesspool known as X said, “Maybe someone just got the bag from Goodwill or something; it doesn’t mean CHIRLA is involved.” While that’s true (correlation doesn’t show causation, basically), ringleader Ayala is a big name in the pro-illegal alien community and also does “outreach” for a day labor center located in the Van Nuys Home Depot’s parking lot.
According to the Los Angeles Times, Ayala and Allard work with a nonprofit organization, Instituto de Educacion Popular del Sur De California (which is another nonprofit organization that needs to be investigated):
The group said the two men were arrested in a Home Depot parking lot in Van Nuys around 10 a.m. Tuesday while exercising their legal right to observe and document the immigration raid. IDEPSCA operates a day labor center out of a building in the parking lot, which the group says has been targeted several times in the last week.
Ayala works as an outreach coordinator at the Van Nuys Day Labor Center, helping connect migrant workers to resources and jobs, Meagean Ortiz, executive director of IDEPSCA, told The Times.
Ortiz, of course, can’t fathom that her staff would attack federal agents, but says her staff members and other “volunteers” are the victims.
āI have not seen any evidence of what the federal government is accusing my staff of doing, but I do have evidence of masked federal agents tackling not just my staff member, but other volunteers who were recording,ā she said. Immigrant rights group Unión del Barrio posted Instagram video of people being tackled by federal agents during the operation.
Oh, Unión del Barrio posted an Instagram video showing federal law enforcement officers tackling people shortly after the operation? UdB is another anti-ICE nongovernmental organization that was involved with the Los Angeles riots; like CHIRLA, they’re under congressional investigation for their role in subverting immigration enforcement and promoting riots. I’m sure it’s just a coincidence that they and CHIRLA are connected to this group.
