Homan Vows to Expose Leftist Agitators, Says Trump Team Will ‘Make Them Famous’

White House Border Czar Tom Homan has a message for leftist agitators interfering with federal immigration enforcement—and it’s not exactly a gentle reminder about civic decorum. During an interview Thursday, Homan warned that those harassing or obstructing ICE agents may soon find themselves very well known, as the Trump administration looks at a plan to quite literally “make them famous.”

Homan’s comments came in direct response to Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, who has poured gasoline on an already volatile situation by encouraging protesters to film ICE agents and create what he described as a database of “atrocities” for future prosecutions. Apparently, when things are already chaotic, the solution—according to Democrats—is more chaos, plus smartphones.

Homan made it clear that while peaceful protest is a right, crossing the line into interference or assault is not. “You can protest, they have that right,” he said. “But when you cross that line… if you interfere or impede some ICE officer, you will be prosecuted.”

Then came the part that really got attention. Homan said he is pushing for the creation of a database—not of ICE agents, but of those arrested for interfering with law enforcement. “We’re going to create a database,” he said. “People that are arrested for interference and impeding, assault—we’re gonna make them famous.”

And by “famous,” Homan meant public accountability. Faces on television. Employers informed. Communities aware. Schools notified. In other words, no more hiding behind masks, mob mentality, or social media bravado.

Homan even suggested that many of the loudest agitators may not be as honest with their employers as they are aggressive with law enforcement. He joked that while some claim to be “taking time off work” to protest, many are probably calling in sick instead. He added that employers might be very interested to learn how their employees are actually spending their weekdays.

“We’re going to make sure everybody knows who they are,” Homan said.

The border czar also addressed the possibility of invoking the Insurrection Act, calling it a viable option that must remain on the table if the violence continues. He warned bluntly that without action, there could be more bloodshed—something he said he hopes is wrong, but fears is likely if order is not restored.

While Homan spoke in terms of preventing violence and enforcing the law, Minnesota Democrats have continued to escalate rhetoric, seemingly betting that outrage and unrest will pay political dividends. As Homan’s warning makes clear, however, the Trump administration is no longer content to let agitators operate in the shadows while federal officers are attacked for doing their jobs.

The message is simple: protest lawfully if you want—but if you interfere with ICE, accountability is coming, and anonymity is going with it. And in a moment when law enforcement needs backing, not betrayal, that kind of clarity is exactly what restores order and protects lives.
