Truck Driver Explodes at Anti-ICE Protesters Blocking Delaney Hall Amid Another Night of Chaos

Dramatic footage from outside Newark’s Delaney Hall immigration detention center captured a furious garbage truck driver unloading on anti-ICE protesters after demonstrators blocked him from doing his job during yet another chaotic night of clashes.

In the video, shared by Freedom News, the visibly frustrated driver can be heard yelling at protesters who surrounded and obstructed his truck outside the facility.

“If I hit one of y’all, I go to jail,” the driver shouted. “What’s wrong with ya all?”

The confrontation unfolded as anti-ICE demonstrations continued escalating outside Delaney Hall, where tensions have been building for days between activists, federal agents, and protesters reportedly linked to Antifa-style groups.

According to reports from the scene, demonstrators clashed with law enforcement while blocking access points and disrupting traffic around the facility. The truck driver’s outburst quickly spread online, with many viewers saying he voiced the frustration of ordinary working Americans caught in the middle of increasingly aggressive political demonstrations.

Because for radicals, trying to get to work and do your job now qualifies as “oppression” if activists happen to be standing in the road screaming at federal agents.

Supporters of stricter immigration enforcement argued the footage highlights how disruptive and confrontational many of the protests have become, especially for local workers and residents simply trying to move through the area safely.

The ongoing demonstrations outside Delaney Hall come amid broader national tensions over ICE operations and immigration enforcement under President Donald Trump’s administration, which has continued expanding deportation efforts and detention operations despite fierce opposition from progressive activists.

As videos from the protests continue circulating online, the clashes are becoming another flashpoint in the national debate over immigration, public order, and how far activist movements are willing to go in confronting federal authorities.
