TRUMP-BACKED KEVIN HERN WINS OKLAHOMA SENATE PRIMARY, PUSHES FOR PASSAGE OF SAVE ACT

Republican Congressman Kevin Hern scored a decisive victory Tuesday night in Oklahoma’s Senate primary, further cementing the strength of the America First movement in one of the nation’s most conservative states.

Hern, a strong supporter of President Donald Trump, cruised to victory in the Sooner State and quickly turned his attention to an issue he says voters repeatedly bring up: securing elections through the Safeguarding American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) America Act.

Speaking ahead of Election Day, Hern said Oklahomans consistently ask why Congress has not yet passed the legislation, which focuses on voter identification and citizenship verification requirements. According to Hern, concerns about election integrity remain at the forefront of conversations with constituents across the state.

"They're saying we need to work on, you know, the SAVE Act," Hern said. "I mean, this is time and time again."

The message from Oklahoma voters appears straightforward. While Washington often finds new ways to delay action on legislation that enjoys strong grassroots support, voters in Trump country continue demanding measures they believe will strengthen confidence in the electoral process. Apparently, asking citizens to prove eligibility before voting is still considered controversial in some corners of the nation’s capital.

Hern’s victory adds another Trump-backed candidate to the growing list of Republicans advancing in key races across the country. As the campaign moves forward, he has made clear that election security and the SAVE Act will remain central priorities.

With strong support from conservative voters and momentum on his side, Hern now heads into the next phase of the race focused on delivering the reforms many Oklahoma voters say they have been waiting for. For Republicans, the result is another sign that grassroots conservatives remain energized, engaged, and determined to keep pushing for policies centered on election integrity and accountability.
