Trump Calls for Arrests Over Biden Autopen Abuse, Warns There Must Be a ‘Big Price to Pay’

President Donald Trump is once again saying out loud what millions of Americans have been asking quietly — and sometimes not so quietly — for years: who was really running the Biden White House, and who was signing the papers?

In a Truth Social post Saturday afternoon, Trump directly called for the arrest of Biden administration officials tied to what he described as the illegal abuse of the autopen under President Joe Biden. It’s the kind of blunt warning that, historically, has had a way of being followed by very real Justice Department action.

“Everyone is asking about the Autopen?” Trump wrote. “What was done is totally illegal, and anything signed that way is of ‘no further force or effect.’” Not exactly a ringing endorsement of how the last administration conducted business.

Trump went further, pointing out that the individual operating the autopen had no way of knowing whether Biden actually approved what was being signed. According to Trump, there was no written order authorizing the use, calling it “an absolutely illegal act perpetrated by the Radical Left Insurrectionists who illegally ran the Biden Administration.” That’s one way to describe a presidency where no one ever seemed quite sure who was in charge.

The president has previously said that executive orders and pardons signed via the autopen under Biden should be considered null and void. Now, he’s escalating matters by calling for arrests and potential criminal prosecution, warning that there must be a “price to pay” — and not a small one.

“Every one of them should be arrested for what they have done to our Country,” Trump wrote. He added pointedly that “They didn’t win the Presidency but, when you think of it, neither did Joe Biden.” Subtlety has never been Trump’s brand — clarity is.

Trump concluded by reiterating what he has long argued about the 2020 election: “The whole thing was RIGGED. There must be a price to pay, and it has got to be a BIG ONE!” Capital letters included, because some messages aren’t meant to be whispered.

Whether it’s accountability, transparency, or simply restoring respect for the presidency, Trump’s message is clear: no one is above the law, and abusing power has consequences. With leadership that isn’t afraid to confront wrongdoing head-on, America has a real chance to clean house, restore trust, and move forward stronger than ever.
