Trump Vows Heavy Strikes on Iran’s Pickaxe Mountain and Warns Houthis

President Donald Trump issued strong warnings Tuesday regarding Iran’s nuclear ambitions and potential disruptions by Iran-backed Houthis in the Red Sea.

On Iran’s heavily fortified underground Pickaxe Mountain nuclear site — where reports indicate Tehran may have moved nuclear centrifuges and enriched uranium — Trump declared the U.S. will strike “probably pretty soon” and “very heavily.”

“We’ll be hitting that area very, probably pretty soon. And there’s not a thing they can do about it,” Trump said. He added that the U.S. follows the nuclear material “that’s where the action is,” emphasizing that America will target any site where Iran is considering nuclear development.

Regarding the Houthis, Trump stated that if the Iran-backed rebels impose a blockade on the Red Sea, the U.S. will “just have to take care of business.”

“We’ll see what happens. So far, it hasn’t happened. Might happen, but we take care of things. If something like that happens, we take care of it,” the president said firmly.
