Engraved Bullets and Transgender Lover: Disturbing New Details on Charlie Kirk’s Alleged Assassin

The charging documents against Tyler Robinson, the 22-year-old accused of assassinating Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, just got a whole lot darker. Prosecutors revealed Robinson wasn’t just carrying a gun — he was engraving his bullets with left-wing slogans and bizarre internet slang before allegedly opening fire at Kirk’s Utah Valley University event on September 10. If that doesn’t scream “warning signs,” what does?

According to the court filings, Robinson bragged about his engraved ammo in text messages to his transgender lover. “Remember how I was engraving bullets?” he wrote — right before admitting he was the very shooter police were hunting. Authorities later recovered casings marked with messages like “hey fascist! CATCH!” and even juvenile garbage such as “NoTices Bulge OWO What’s This?” Mixed in with the memes were straight-up antifascist slogans. In other words, this wasn’t random. This was politically motivated, deliberate, and proudly broadcast to those closest to him.

Robinson’s so-called partner seemed stunned by the confession, texting back: “What?????????????? You’re joking, right????” But the questions now are bigger than shock. FBI officials told Congress that Robinson gave off “multiple warning signs” and even admitted to the crime in online chat rooms before turning himself in. Federal agents are now probing who else knew what — and when.

The texts also reveal a chilling motive. Robinson allegedly wrote, “I had enough of his hatred. Some hate can’t be negotiated out.” In other words, Kirk’s conservative views were his justification for murder. Let’s be clear: that’s not resistance, that’s terrorism. Robinson is charged with murder “based on the victim’s political expression,” along with firearm discharge, obstruction of justice, witness tampering, and committing violence in front of children. If convicted, he could face the death penalty.

Meanwhile, Robinson’s “romantic” texts painted a picture of twisted priorities. He kept calling his roommate “my love,” begged him not to talk to police or the media, and even instructed him to ask for a lawyer if questioned. Imagine that — assassinate a conservative leader, then beg your partner to help cover it up.

Utah Governor Spencer Cox confirmed that Robinson’s boyfriend is now cooperating with investigators, and that cooperation may be key to exposing how far these warning signs went ignored.

Here’s the bottom line: Charlie Kirk was murdered for his beliefs, in front of young Americans who came to hear him speak. His killer was obsessed enough to engrave bullets with political taunts and dumb internet memes. And yet, the very people who should’ve spoken up stayed silent until it was too late.

The good news? The evidence is overwhelming, Robinson is behind bars without bond, and justice is on the march. The truth about why this happened — and who looked the other way — will come out. And when it does, Charlie Kirk’s legacy of fearless speech will stand taller than the cowardice of his killer.
