Ford Workers Erupt in Cheers as Trump Tours Michigan F-150 Plant

President Donald Trump received a hero’s welcome Tuesday during a visit to Ford’s iconic F-150 plant in Dearborn, Michigan, where workers broke into loud applause as he walked the factory floor — a scene that spoke volumes about where blue-collar America stands.

As Trump made his way through the massive facility, workers cheered, shook his hand, and even stopped to snap selfies with the president. Not exactly the reception the media claims he gets from American workers.

During the tour, Trump inspected key assembly operations, including a stop at the “body decker,” where the trucks are pieced together, and another station where teams install hose connections, according to the White House press pool citing Ford representatives.

Joining Trump were Ford Executive Chairman Bill Ford and CEO Jim Farley, underscoring just how closely aligned the company is with the current administration.

Farley told Trump they had prepared a “special” truck for him — an F-Series vehicle proudly displaying the American flag — a callback to an F-450 featuring Trump’s face that the president previously saw at Mar-a-Lago.

“I want to see it!” Trump responded, clearly amused.

The group later paused for a brief press gaggle inside the plant, where Bill Ford dropped some significant news: the factory is adding a third shift and will now run around the clock due to surging demand.

“It’s going to be running, as the president said, 24 hours, six days a week,” Ford explained. “That just shows the demand there is for this product, which is the best-selling product, as you all know, in America.”

Ford didn’t hide his appreciation for Trump or his administration.

“We have a great relationship with the president and his — and his whole staff,” Ford told reporters. “They’ve been great to work with for us. He personally is incredibly responsive every time we need something or call. We very much appreciate it.”

He added that Ford is expanding across the board.

“We’re adding market share. We’re growing as a company, we’re adding jobs — not just here, but elsewhere … and times are good for us.”

Trump noted that the success isn’t limited to Ford.

“All of the automakers are doing great,” the president said, contrasting current conditions with the past. “Before, they were having a really hard time. The environmentalists would not have let them survive.”

Once again, the images tell the real story: American manufacturing is roaring back, workers are thriving, and they know exactly who’s fighting for them.
