On Tuesday morning, James O’Keefe, the renowned journalist, founder of Project Veritas, and president of the O’Keefe Media Group (OMG), raised important questions about who’s in charge at Fox News and how it could be connected to Tucker Carlson’s ouster.
“‘It is difficult to get a man to understand something, when his salary depends on his not understanding it.’ – Upton Sinclair,” O’Keefe wrote on Twitter.
“This is the Board of Fox. Does anybody find anything unusual about this list?” he asked with a screenshot attached listing the top 10 owners of Fox Corp. “Also, What’s this Wisconsin thing?”
The image shows the top owners in Fox include The Vanguard Group, Dodge & Cox, Yacktman Asset Management, BlackRock, SSgA Funds Management, American Century Investment, State of Wisconsin Investment Board, Geode Capital Management, Norges Bank Investment Management, and Dimensional Fund Advisors.
Notable investors in the company include BlackRock and Vanguard, both of whom have used Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) investing schemes to force companies to give in to their political agendas.

In addition, the “Wisconsin thing” that O’Keefe points out is the investment board responsible for managing the assets of the Wisconsin Retirement System. The board manages $143 billion in assets. The board’s leadership can be found here.
With Tucker’s departure and O’Keefe raising important questions about the potential motivations behind his leaving, it is likely that OMG will be releasing an investigation into the matter soon. In the meantime, O’Keefe shared a heartfelt message about his friend on Monday, as previously reported by the DC Enquirer.
O’Keefe posted two images of Carlson and him hunting in July 2020. Along with the picture was a lengthy caption that was from Carlson’s speech at The Heritage Foundation 50th Anniversary Gala.
"You look around and you see these people and some of them really have paid a heavy price for telling the truth, & they are cast out of their groups, whatever those groups are, but they do it anyway." – @TuckerCarlson

Carlson has inspired millions of Americans to stand up for what they believe in and O’Keefe isn’t going to let Carlson’s end at Fox News go without questions being answered.
