Nick Shirley Drops Second Explosive Video Exposing Widespread Fraud in Minnesota

Investigative journalist Nick Shirley is at it again—and once more, the internet is paying attention. Just a day after Christmas, Shirley ignited a firestorm with a video exposing what he described as rampant Somali-linked fraud operating in Minnesota under the watch of Gov. Tim Walz, Rep. Ilhan Omar, and Sen. Amy Klobuchar. Now, he’s followed it up with a second bombshell that digs even deeper.

In his latest nearly hour-long video, Shirley once again does what establishment figures seem unwilling—or unable—to do: go directly to the source. Armed with nothing more than a camera and a microphone, he visited numerous Minneapolis-area daycares reportedly receiving large amounts of federal funding. What he found in many cases were empty buildings, no children, and no visible signs of operation. Awkward questions tend to do that.

Naturally, instead of addressing the substance of his findings, critics responded with name-calling. That, unfortunately, has become the default response when inconvenient facts get too close to home.

This time, Shirley teamed up with a local man identified as David, who outlined what he called “transportation fraud.” According to David, companies register as “non-medical emergency transportation” providers in order to access government funds. He claimed there are more than 1,000 such companies in the state and alleged that over 90 percent are Somali-owned. It’s a staggering accusation—one that raises serious questions about oversight, accountability, and where taxpayer money is actually going.

What stands out most is Shirley’s persistence. He keeps showing up, keeps asking questions, and keeps pushing forward despite obvious risks and resistance. That kind of determination is rare these days, especially when it challenges powerful political narratives.

There is clearly more to uncover, and this second video suggests the story is far from over. While Minnesota’s leadership remains silent or defensive, independent journalists like Nick Shirley are filling the gap—and Americans are watching closely. Transparency, accountability, and respect for taxpayers shouldn’t be controversial, and thanks to efforts like this, the conversation isn’t going away anytime soon.
