Radical Democrat Candidate Elevates 'Trans Bill of Rights,' 'Genocide' Claims as Top Demands

Radical Democrat candidate Claire Valdez has laid bare a stunning list of priorities for the hard left, openly declaring that a "Trans Bill of Rights" is among the critical issues she expects Democrats to deliver on should they somehow seize control of the U.S. House of Representatives. This declaration offers a chilling glimpse into the extreme agenda that now drives a significant faction within the modern Democratic Party. Valdez, who is vying for the seat in New York’s 7th Congressional District, made her alarming remarks during an appearance on the Hell Gate podcast. Joined by fellow Democrat candidate Darializa Avila Chevalier, Valdez was quizzed on a range of topics, including foreign policy and the prospect of supporting House Minority Leader Rep. Hakeem Jeffries as Speaker. While the discussion touched on the Middle East, Valdez quickly shifted to what truly defines her political platform—and by extension, the new face of the Democrat Party. When asked about potential conditions for supporting Jeffries, Valdez admitted no formal demand had been made, but she left no doubt about her non-negotiables. “We haven’t had that kind of conversation, but I, you know, in my conversation recently I wanted to emphasize how important certain issues were in my district and that were defining parts of my race,” Valdez stated. “And that includes the war. It includes the genocide, Medicare for all, Trans Bill of Rights, like, there are a lot of things that I ran on that I want to deliver for my district, and I think it’s our responsibility to do exactly that.”

A "Trans Bill of Rights" alongside what she vaguely terms "the genocide" and the socialist pipe dream of "Medicare for All" — these are the defining issues of the modern Democrat radical. Not border security, not economic stability, not national strength, but a hyper-focused, fringe agenda that ignores the fundamental concerns of working American families. When pressed on how Jeffries received her rather extreme list of demands, Valdez simply described the exchange as “a very cordial conversation.” One has to wonder if "cordial" means an unspoken acceptance of these radical positions now dictating the party's future.

Avila Chevalier echoed this sentiment, suggesting that Democrat leadership must simply accept this new reality. “I think he understands that we won our elections because people believe in our visions, right? That is just the reality of where Democrats in this country are at,” she remarked. Indeed, it appears the "vision" for a growing segment of the Democratic Party now includes pushing extreme cultural ideologies and divisive narratives while ignoring the core principles that once united Americans. This is not the common sense America First agenda voters demand; it is a clear path towards further radicalizing our nation's political landscape, a path that patriotic Americans must steadfastly reject.
