Socialist Allies Explode After 'The View' Host Dares to Call Out Radical Candidate's Antisemitism

An aide to New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani reportedly launched a furious tirade at ABC executives after "The View" co-host Sara Haines dared to call a Mamdani-backed socialist congressional candidate an antisemite. It seems even the reliably left-leaning establishment media isn't radical enough for some, particularly when their preferred narratives are challenged by plain truth.

Mamdani, a vocal proponent of the far-left agenda, recently boasted about his political sway after three of his endorsed candidates – Brad Lander, Claire Valdez, and Darializa Avila Chevalier – managed to secure primary victories over more traditional Democratic figures. This ascendance of hardline socialists within the party, often backed by groups with dubious allegiances, signals a troubling shift away from American values.

The incident that sparked the outrage unfolded on "The View," a show more accustomed to amplifying progressive talking points than challenging them. Co-host Sara Haines, alongside Alyssa Farah Griffin, directly confronted the troubling stances of Mamdani's chosen candidates. Haines specifically called out Chevalier for her presence at an anti-Israel rally on October 8, 2023 – the very day Hamas unleashed its barbaric terrorist attack against Israel.

Haines minced no words, stating, "I'm gonna full-blown call her an antisemite. She would proudly call herself that, trust me." This blunt assessment, for once, cut through the usual progressive obfuscation that often shields extremist views.

Such a dose of truth, however, proved too much for Mamdani's camp. An aide for the socialist mayor reportedly "unloaded" on ABC executives, suggesting Haines's accurate remarks could jeopardize future appearances for the mayor or his radical candidates. Apparently, the left demands platforms without scrutiny, particularly when their extremist views are exposed.

Indeed, Chevalier's record is a public display of radicalism. She faces mounting criticism for deleted social media posts praising communism, Marxist principles, and even showing reverence for Soviet figures. Her now-deleted Twitter account, according to CNN, openly glorified Karl Marx as a "must read," lamented a lack of Marxist literature in libraries, and shockingly quoted convicted cop killer Assata Shakur. This is the caliber of candidate the left expects America to normalize.

Chevalier had also faced scrutiny for other deleted posts, including calls to abolish the police – a dangerous stance that undermines law and order – and an outrageous suggestion of wiping her hands on an American flag. These are not merely "controversial" views; they are fundamentally anti-American and anti-freedom.

This clash over media access comes amidst a broader FCC inquiry into "The View's" booking practices, specifically regarding "equal time" rules. Semafor reported the show was curtailing political guests, a curious move for a program that champions itself as "bona fide news" while consistently hosting a parade of left-wing figures and rarely offering a fair platform to conservatives.

ABC, in a telling display of corporate media self-preservation, insists "The View" is a genuine news program, thus exempting it from "equal time" provisions. Yet, their on-air campaign, complete with a petition urging viewers to declare the show a "bona fide news interview program," reeks of desperation to maintain their ideological imbalance without accountability.

The show's track record speaks for itself: an open door for Democrats, a high "bar" for non-elected candidates only when it suits their narrative, and generally a hostile environment for any conservative voice, though Vice President JD Vance did manage to make an appearance last month, undoubtedly to the chagrin of some co-hosts.

This episode serves as a stark reminder: the radical left not only pushes extremist figures into power but also demands subservience from media outlets, even when those outlets occasionally stumble into an inconvenient truth. The American people deserve a media that reports fairly, not one that cedes control to socialist ideologues and then cries foul when their radicalism is exposed. The fight for common sense, accountability, and truth in our public discourse continues, because the stakes for America's future are simply too high to let such hypocrisy stand unchallenged.
