In a shocking display of divisive and un-American rhetoric, far-left 'Squad' member Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA) has launched a vile attack on millions of patriotic Americans, equating President Donald Trump’s 'Make America Great Again' movement with the Confederacy.
Pressley made these inflammatory remarks on Monday at Roxbury Community College in Boston, while campaigning for Sen. Ed Markey (D-MA) in his primary challenge against Rep. Seth Moulton (D-MA).
"It is bigger than Trump," Pressley declared, dismissing the will of the people. "Because whenever we do the work of ousting the occupant of the Oval Office, the Confederacy is still alive and well. That’s all MAGA is."
She continued her broad-brush smear, adding, "White supremacy is still alive and well. Anti-blackness will still be alive and well." This outrageous comparison aims to demonize and disenfranchise a massive segment of the American population, including countless minority voters who proudly support President Trump and his America First agenda.
This isn't just hyperbole; it's a deliberate attempt by the radical left to dehumanize political opponents and delegitimize the voices of working Americans, small business owners, and all who believe in national sovereignty and traditional values. Labeling 'MAGA' as the 'Confederacy' is a transparent tactic to shut down dissent and paint common-sense patriotism as something sinister and racist.
The comments come as Markey seeks another term in the Senate, facing a Democrat primary challenge from Moulton. Pressley had previously endorsed Markey in March, after briefly considering a Senate campaign of her own.
In announcing her endorsement, Pressley highlighted their shared work on immigration, criminal justice, and other extreme progressive priorities, indicating a unified front in pushing radical policies.
"I am proud to endorse his re-election so we can continue advancing the justice-driven solutions our communities need to not only survive, but thrive," Pressley stated, conveniently ignoring the 'justice' of not slandering millions of American citizens.
Such rhetoric from prominent Democrats reveals the true contempt the establishment left holds for ordinary Americans who simply want to put their country first. It underscores the urgency of standing firm against these baseless accusations and reinforcing the values of freedom, faith, and national pride that the MAGA movement represents. The fight against this destructive ideology is not just political; it's a battle for the soul of America.
