Taya Kyle Blasts Democrat Candidate for Smearing American Hero Chris Kyle

Taya Kyle, widow of legendary Navy SEAL Chris Kyle, absolutely torched Maine Senate candidate Graham Platner after the progressive Democrat made disgraceful comments questioning the late sniper’s record and accusing him of inflating his kill numbers by targeting innocent civilians. Because apparently attacking dead war heroes is now a campaign strategy for the modern Left. Classy, right?

Speaking on “The Sunday Briefing,” Taya Kyle didn’t hold back, calling Platner’s remarks “cowardly” and pointing out the obvious — that trashing a national hero who can no longer defend himself screams desperation for attention.

“Nothing says, I want attention more than disparaging a national hero who's also dead,” Kyle said.

And honestly, she’s right. Chris Kyle wasn’t sitting on social media trying to score cheap political points. He was overseas risking his life for this country while people like Platner now sit comfortably throwing accusations around years later.

Taya Kyle also described the comments as “lowbrow” and criticized the Democrat for spreading lies about someone who served his nation honorably. Instead of discussing real issues affecting Americans, Platner decided attacking a decorated veteran would somehow energize his political base. Because apparently the progressive playbook now includes rewriting history and disrespecting military heroes whenever convenient.

Chris Kyle remains one of the most respected American warriors in modern history, known for his service, sacrifice, and dedication to protecting his fellow soldiers. His legacy inspired millions through both his story and the film “American Sniper,” proving that courage, patriotism, and love of country still matter — no matter how loudly critics try to tear them down.

In the end, Americans still recognize true heroes when they see them, and no amount of political grandstanding will ever erase Chris Kyle’s legacy.
