Trump Calls Out Epstein ‘Sleazebags’ in Blunt Christmas Message, Reminds America Who Cut Ties First

President Donald J. Trump delivered a second, unmistakably Trump-style holiday message on Christmas Day, this time torching the “Sleazebags” who once surrounded disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein and only distanced themselves when it became politically convenient. And yes, he made one thing crystal clear: he dropped Epstein long before it was fashionable — or necessary for damage control.

Posting on Truth Social Thursday evening, just an hour after announcing U.S. military strikes on ISIS targets in Nigeria, Trump used the holiday moment to draw a sharp contrast between himself and those he says shamelessly associated with Epstein. According to Trump, once the full truth comes out, Democrats in particular will have some very uncomfortable questions to answer.

“Merry Christmas to all, including the many Sleazebags who loved Jeffrey Epstein, gave him bundles of money, went to his Island, attended his parties, and thought he was the greatest guy on earth,” Trump wrote, noting how quickly those same people “dropped him like a dog” once things got “too HOT.” Convenient amnesia, apparently, is a seasonal tradition.

Trump emphasized that many of these figures then falsely claimed they barely knew Epstein and attempted to shift blame onto him — despite the fact, as he reminded followers, that he was “actually the only one who did drop Epstein, and long before it became fashionable to do so.” Facts can be stubborn things.

He went on to say that when names surface through what he described as an ongoing “Radical Left Witch Hunt,” the political reality will become clear. Trump predicted that those implicated would overwhelmingly be Democrats, drawing a direct comparison to what he called the now-debunked “Russia, Russia, Russia Hoax,” which he labeled a “total Scam” that had nothing to do with him. Déjà vu, anyone?

Trump didn’t spare the media either, taking aim at The New York Times, which he said is “losing many subscribers” due to its “highly inaccurate (FAKE!) coverage.” According to Trump, the same outlets are once again recklessly damaging reputations — a hallmark, he argued, of corrupt Democrat politics.

He closed his message with characteristic flair: “Enjoy what may be your last Merry Christmas! President Donald J. Trump.”

The comments come as Congress has released several documents related to Epstein under the Epstein Transparency Act, though critics argue much remains redacted and unanswered.

Still, Trump’s message struck a familiar chord with supporters: accountability matters, hypocrisy deserves exposure, and leadership means walking away from the wrong people before the headlines force your hand. As Trump made clear this Christmas, the truth has a way of surfacing — and when it does, some people may wish they’d cut ties a lot earlier.
