According to the State Department, the A/I Collective is not merely a fringe hacker group. It operates as a "central node in the far-left's war on our civilization," offering encrypted communications, web-hosting, and anonymous services explicitly designed to facilitate terror. These tools allow radical extremists to organize, recruit, spread propaganda, share target information, and execute violent attacks—all while remaining untraceable and beyond the reach of justice.

The consequences of A/I's digital enablement are horrifyingly real. This collective has directly supported groups like Jane’s Revenge, responsible for the sickening firebombing of pregnancy centers across the nation following the overturning of Roe v. Wade. Court filings and federal reports indicate that Jane's Revenge relied on A/I Collective's platforms to publish official communiqués and brazenly claim responsibility for their criminal acts, inciting a wave of copycat violence.

The danger extends to our federal agents. The infamous Rose City Antifa cell in Portland, Oregon, utilized A/I Collective's tools to organize and instigate further violence, including a reported attack on Customs and Border Patrol helicopters. Even more chillingly, they spread doxxing lists targeting Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers and openly called for assaults on these agents "in their homes." Such targeted threats against law enforcement are a direct assault on the rule of law and the safety of those sworn to uphold it.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio, responding to the designation, stated unequivocally: "There will be no refuge for violent extremists who wage war on our civilization and plot to undermine law and order, destroy critical infrastructure, assault political opponents, or conspire to conceal their crimes from authorities." While claiming to oppose "discrimination" and "harm," their foundational principles explicitly embrace anti-fascism, anti-racism, anti-sexism, anti-homophobia, anti-transphobia, and anti-militarism—a laundry list of radical leftist doctrines. They proudly state their mission to welcome "those unresting towards cultural and media censorship, against the globalized imaginery."

While their "policy" page ostensibly forbids the "publishing of others’ personal information," it conveniently includes a caveat allowing such actions if there is a "legitimate right of reporting such information." Apparently, doxxing federal agents who are simply trying to protect our borders and enforce our laws perfectly fits this twisted definition of "legitimate reporting." This is the kind of double standard and moral relativism that defines the radical left, providing cover for criminal activity under the guise of activism.

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent left no doubt about the government’s resolve: "Political terrorism has no place in our society, and we will continue to cut the financial lifelines of these groups until they are eliminated."
